in Tai Chi

Tuesday mornings are going to be a much more pleasant affair from now on.

For there will soon be a place that the people of Runcorn can go to unwind, recharge and improve health and fitness all at the same time, the place is called “Churchill Hall Mansions” Cooper Street, down in the old town (WA7 1DH).

Using the centuries old Chinese art of Tai Chi ~Qigong and meditation, a simple combination of gentle stretching and natural breathing forming the basis of flowing patterns of dance like movement. Used in China from ancient times for promoting health and self healing, guaranteeing that you get all the gain but without the pain.

Poeple who attend my classes agree that it is this simple combination of gentle movment and breathing exercises, that is indeed a really wonderful way to help combat modern day stresses of body and mind.  Now you too can make a change for the better, learn to release, rejuvenate and heal your whole being.

Me and my husband have just started this class and find it remarkably relaxing whilst giving us much needed exercise. My hubby has had a stent fitted and I had a stroke 12months ago and we were wary of overdoing things but this is just right for us and Paul is a very good instructor, leading us gently to fitness.
Thank you Paul.
