16 Forms
This Tai Chi routine contains many elements of the previous 8 forms but with the addition of more challenging movements. The 16 forms are a sensible progressive step from the previous 8 Tai Chi forms routines but with new additional movements, balances and stretches.
This routine can be performed on its own or in conjunction with the previous routines, thus creating a longer practice session. It takes 3-4 minutes to perform and is also a sound preparation for the longer and more widely known 24 simplified forms of Tai Chi.
