Tai Chi for carer’s

Would you like to try your hand at some easy to do Tai Chi? Yes. Then why not come and join us during this Free mini Tai Chi taster session. Join with students from my Wednesday beginners lunch time class held in Runcorn Old Town. We will be doing some easy to follow Tai Chi exercises that will get your body, circulation and breathing working but without the strain, with what promises to make you feel great (everyone will be able to join in irrespective of ability or agility).

If you don’t fancy joining in, but would just like to watch, then still come and see what we do, see just how easy it can be (you may just be inspired to join our local weekly class).

Come along and join us, have a chat with the team. It’s on Wednesday July 13th from 4.00pm Ask us any questions or concerns that you may have about starting a Tai Chi or Qigong class we will be happy to answer them .

You can see us at Hallwood Park Primary School, Runcorn (WA7 2FL) 13th July. Download the flyer.

Tai Chi at The Runcorn Carnival 2011

But if you can’t wait till then, then here is your chance to come and see the Tai Chi team in action! The place is during this years Runcorn Carnival on 9th July in front of Runcorn Town Hall (WA7 5TD) from 11.00-11.20am, I will be leading the Tai Chi team who be demonstrating a short flowing Qigong routine for health, as we are not limited to space and numbers you can expect to see the team larger than usual, so make sure you don’t miss this one, you just might want to join in, as with other events this is going to be a cracker. www.runcorncarnival.org.uk

Last Saturday 9th July 2011 was thoroughly enjoyable taking part in the Tai Chi demonstration held on the lawn outside Runcorn Town Hall (as part of the annual Runcorn Carnival). I thought that the standard achieved by all participants was very high. It was also a pleasure to meet the Runcorn class members.
