Tai Chi is the best activity l have taken up.

I have been going to Paul’s Tai Chi class on Thursday nights for seven years now. Each week l look forward to the warm cheerful class, where lam always learning and achieving more routines (at my own pace) , with the help and support that Paul gives.

In addition to Tai Chi Paul teaches meditation, relaxation and healing the mind, to live a stress free life.

Paul always say’s “practice, practice, practice”!
