This sounds brilliant and a good day of week – when is it starting. I have posted it on facebook and sent to some contacts
I attended Tai Chi in the Park class on a Saturday morning (July 5th) overall I found it a very, very enjoyable experience :-)) it was a great way to relax and to awaken the body while helping to focus the mind, was also great for my breathing aswell. The level of Tai Chi exercise was ideal for everyone to practice and well worth trying. I would recommend that everyone should have a go especially when is being done outside in the fresh air and the sunshine, Brilliant…
