Hi l was wondering if you have class in the runcorn area in the evening thanks alan
Hiya, What style of tai chi do you teach ?.. is it just Taichi, or do you teach other things as well, I live in Runcorn .. thanks Ray
Me and my husband have just started this class and find it remarkably relaxing whilst giving us much needed exercise. My hubby has had a stent fitted and I had a stroke 12months ago and we were wary of overdoing things but this is just right for us and Paul is a very good instructor, leading us gently to fitness.
Thank you Paul.
Hello, I live in Runcorn and I’ve been advised that tai chi would be perfect for me to try. I’ve been wanting to learn it for years and I’m finally feeling confident enough to reach out. I wanted to see if you will have any places for some new starters in the new year please?
