Tai Chi at The Brindley Arts Centre Runcorn – Tuesday
I have found your website very interesting and am look forward to reading more informative items.
I am presently attending the new Tai Chi class at the Brindley Arts Centre which I am finding to be extremely beneficial for my health, helping me to relax and to be more able to cope with the stresses of life. Needless to say that I am thoroughly enjoying my Tai Chi class at the Brindley with Paul. Today was the fourth week of a six week course and already I have learnt Qigong exercises for health called ba-duan-jin, aswell as learning how to meditate. The Tai Chi & Qigong class is helping me to relax more but is also giving me much more energy,
Keep up the good work Paul.
