I really enjoy Paul’s Friday morning classes at Latchford church. He is a funny teacher, which gives the class very casual atmosphere.

They are a good balance of hard work (stretching, balance, use of core muscles) and relaxation. I have wanted to do yoga for a long time to help me improve my sleep. I feel it has definitely helped me to relax. The classes are also very good for improving flexibility, circulation, muscle tone, core muscle strength and balance (which is good for my injured lower back), loosening clicking joints, and I think it s good for getting rid of dimply thighs!

Even though I am young (25) and fit, I have found Paul’s class very beneficial in many ways. I recommend it to people of age and level of yoga experience.
