Chen Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi from which other styles of Tai Chi are developed. Combining coordinated movements of martial arts along with Qi Gong breathing , makes Chen style Tai Chi a complete health and fitness exercise system combining both inner and outer power.
Movements of Chen Tai Chi flow gracefully into each other thus creating a seamless pattern which can be performed in slow and gentle way for health or faster and more powerfully for fitness.
