Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun Styles in 48 Forms
This much longer Tai Chi routine offers a more challenging practice routine than the previous 24 forms. Containing a wider range of kicks, stretches, balances and turns, this routine is ideally suited to the intermediate rather than the beginner.
A Tai Chi routine which combines elements, inherent in four of the major styles of Tai Chi – Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun – making this an ideal progression from the previous 24 routine. Can be performed on its own or in conjunction with the 8, 16 or 24 patterns, create your own longer practice session, or just perform same routine as a looped practice, to make as long a practice session as you like, allowing you to practice sequences over and over.
