A resounding succsess
Following our recent Chinese New Year celebrations here in Warrington, have been many positive comments and requests for further Tai Chi and Qigong information. In total we performed two demonstrations and even held a mini workshop during the time we had.
The first of which was with a small team who performed the 18 movements of Tai Chi Qigong brilliantly, which was warmly appreciated by the many spectators. The second routine was an individual demonstration by myself of the short Chen taiji routine, which again was very warmly applauded.
Shortly following this, I did a mini workshop specially for the children, this was carried out in front of all the delighted parents. This was a performance of the Eight section Qigong Exercise routine (Ba Duan Jin) now considering that the children who participated (3-10 yrs) had never done these exercises before turned out to be fantastic, well done to all those children involved! (very impressive)
I would like to thank those parents who allowed their children to participte in the mini workshop, resulting again in many positive comments and appraisals, needless to say that the mini workshop, and the day as a whole was a resounding success.

Proposed New Childrens Tai Chi Class
As a result of the work with the children at the celebrations today, I am asking parents who are interested in their children learning Tai Chi and Qigong to contact me with a view to starting a brand brand new Tai Chi class. This will be in the Warrington area after school, or early evening and will be dependent on venue availability and interest shown. Please leave your expression of interest
I have been attending Paul’s Tai Chi / Qigong class once a week for almost a year. It has been an eye-opener for me: I’m reasonably fit (swimming, large garden to look after) but I find I am doing a much more wide-ranging work-out than my other exercise gives me. It is nice and gentle – no risk of pulling a muscle – but it is quite thorough.
Paul takes his Tai Chi seriously but with good humour and the classes are very enjoyable.
