Founded in China as a therapeutic self-help exercise practice, by Dr Lim Hao Shen of China, this set of 18 Chi Kung exercises, usually performed as a complete practice, combine deep natural relaxed breathing with soft fluid movement. (Exercises can also be performed individually in order to target specific areas.)
