Ba-duan-jin is a 900 year old exercise system which has been at the forefront of Chinese health and fitness for centuries. Consisting of eight special exercises, designed to open and clear the internal pathways (meridians), open joints, stretch ligaments and muscles, massage the internal organs while toning the entire nervous system.

Ba-duan-jin is particularly excellent for developing flexibility and strength throughout different muscle groups and promoting good posture. It has been known to address pathogens (disease forming imbalances) while increasing resistance to illness – promoting and supporting health and well being.

Regular practice of Ba-Duan-Jin exercises can deliver noticeable benefits to health and fitness within several months of regular practice.
