Tai Chi Demonstration at The Runcorn Carnival

A Great day with Great weather with Lots of Interest Generated!

Following on from the Runcorn Carnival event (see: Tai Chi at Hallwood Park “carer’s day” for pre event information) here are some great comments which both participants and observers said about this event.

As a spectator who joined in. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be joining the class.

I enjoyed it all, It gave me a great feeling I now have lots of energy. I have meet lots of lovely new friends while attending Paul’s class. “Tai Chi for me is the way forward”

It’s good for meeting people that are all very friendly. Yes very enjoyable.

It’s great; here is a total body workout without the pain. I felt that I was in control of my arthritis, my motto now is “aches & pains just Tai Chi em away”

Tai Chi is a gentle way of keeping fit and flexible for the “not so young” I am interested in the many physical and mental improvements that this kind of exercise could make to your life.

Paul’s classes has helped me to learn to be relaxed and remain de-stressed,I think its good that we can show other people what Tai Chi is about and be able to share with others what we have learned. I felt proud and good about showing people what we do at our class.

Its great that you can do these exercises anywhere without special clothes or equipment. Your body feels that it has been worked but without the discomfort you get from strenuous gym sessions.

Taking part in to-day’s demonstration made me feel really good about my self, it helped me to perform at my best in front of others.

Doing Tai Chi exercises always makes me feel relaxed, but doing it outside in the sunshine to-day really made my weekend, today’s event has only magnified the sense of calm.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, I always wanted to do Tai Chi, but after seeing Paul I was impressed enough to join his class, it’s the best thing I have ever done!

This was the first time that I had ever taken part in a Tai Chi demonstration event, I felt so empowered afterwards, all I can say is “brilliant”

The Tai Chi display was marvellous! I’ve always wanted to do this, “this has inspired me” I will be joining Paul’s class, “can’t wait”

A lovely experience can’t wait for the next event.

Resulting from these comments, I can confidently say that we (the team) be back again in 2012 to give another brilliant Tai Chi ~ Qigong demonstration so keep looking at the site for events which will be taking place in 2012. But if you can’t wait and would like to learn how to do the routine that we performed at the Carnival, then why not visit the class in Runcorn, its every Tuesday morning 10-11.15am at Churchill Hall, for sat nav users its WA7 1DH (next to the high block of flats, over looking the Runcorn Bridge)
